Every TRC-6L-EXT-12V unit ships with a 30-day performance guarantee starting the day it's delivered. Run it on a real oil change — if it doesn't perform exactly as specified, we'll take it back.
Units that have been used for an oil change are still eligible — this is a performance guarantee, not a "like-new only" policy.
Email us your order number and we'll send return instructions within one business day. No forms, no restocking fee.
Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
If your unit arrives cracked, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo — we'll ship a free replacement right away, no return required in most cases.
